Life-sized Hungry Hippo Game

Sign-up a team to join Life-Sized Hungry, Hungry Hippo at The Rink to win prizes!
On December 4th-6th, we're bringing the classic game "Hungry Hippos" to life on the ice at The Rink in Centennial Commons in Downtown Royal Oak! Teams of 4 will compete on tubes on The Rink with baskets to grab as many plastic balls as they can in 2 minutes. All team members will need to sign a waiver at registration. Teens must have a parent available to sign the waiver.
FOOTWEAR REQUIREMENTS: All team members must be wearing winter boots or tennis shoes - no ice skates allowed.
Team Positions (see below divisions for any age restrictions)
1 Tube Rider: This person will lay on their belly on the tube and be pushed into the center of the ice by their teammates to collect the balls
2 Tube Pushers: These people will push the person on the tube on the ice to collect the balls and then pull them back with a rope to put the collected balls in their bin
1 Ball Collector: This person will grab the balls from the Tube Rider and place them in their team's collection bin
